Accepting these terms
By using the Teslr website, API, or skill, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 and legally able to accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use Teslr.
Connection options
The recommended @TeslrBot flow links a verified X account to a Tesla authorization through Teslr's three-step connection page. It does not require you to copy or manage a Teslr token. A virtual key is optional for read-only questions and required for supported vehicle commands. The private-token connection remains available for Bankr and compatible assistants. A signed-in X user may optionally add a Tessie access token to enable provider-managed history; while it is connected, @TeslrBot uses Tessie for that user's vehicle requests. Tessie's own plan, limits, and terms still apply.
Your accounts and vehicles
Use Teslr only with accounts, vehicles, energy products, and data you own or are authorized to access. You are responsible for reviewing permissions, keeping your X and Tesla accounts, Tesla app, vehicle, and any compatibility tokens secure, and promptly unlinking or revoking access if an account or credential may be compromised.
Vehicle commands and safety
Vehicle data can be delayed or incomplete, and a command may fail, time out, or complete after a timeout. Confirm the real-world result before relying on it or repeating a command. Do not use Teslr for emergencies, personal safety, unattended movement, life-safety decisions, or anything requiring guaranteed delivery. Teslr does not expose Summon or autonomous vehicle movement.
Acceptable use
You may not use Teslr to:
- Access or control a vehicle or account without authorization.
- Harass, stalk, surveil, endanger, or locate another person.
- Bypass provider permissions, confirmations, limits, or security.
- Probe for credentials, overload the service, or evade rate limits.
- Break applicable law or another service's terms.
Third-party services
Teslr depends on services operated by Tesla, Tessie, Bankr, infrastructure providers, mapping providers, and compatible AI assistants. Their own terms, privacy practices, limits, availability, and charges may apply. Teslr does not control those services and is not responsible for their actions or availability.
Availability and changes
Teslr may add, change, rate-limit, suspend, or remove features to protect users, control costs, comply with provider requirements, or maintain the service. Beta features may change without notice. You may stop using Teslr and disconnect at any time.
Free beta and availability
Direct Tesla access is currently offered free during a limited beta. There is no account-level usage quota at launch. Teslr may temporarily rate-limit abusive or runaway traffic to protect users and service availability, and beta availability may change. There is no beta balance to purchase or refill, and $TSLR is not required.
$TSLR memecoin
$TSLR is intended solely for entertainment, social interaction, and community purposes. It has no utility or functionality, conveys no ownership or rights to business assets, income, yield, dividends, profit, or return, and is not required to use Teslr. No profit or financial return is promised or expected. It may be extremely volatile and may lose all value. Nothing Teslr publishes is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.
Disclaimers and responsibility
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Teslr is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, availability, fitness, non-infringement, command delivery, or vehicle compatibility. You remain responsible for your vehicle, account, commands, and use of provider data. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Teslr and its contributors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages arising from use or inability to use the service.
Enforcement, updates, and contact
Teslr may suspend access for abuse or security risk. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue. Updated terms apply from the date posted here; continued use after an update means acceptance. Questions may be directed to @TeslrBot on X without including sensitive information.
